Where do we go?

Start / Finish: Parking at the Henrichshütte, Werksstraße 31-33, 45527 Hattingen

Our experienced tour guide starts with you at the Henrichshütte, anchor point of the industrial heritage route and location of the oldest preserved blast furnace in the area.
Along the Ruhr we continue towards the old historic town (Middleage).
We enjoy the sight of the historic core with its almost 150 half-timbered houses, the "Malerwinkel" with its leaning tower of St. George's Church and the Old Town Hall from 1576, where the Municipal Gallery is located. On our way back to the starting point we drive through the Henrichspark, which stands as a leisure and recreational park for the structural change of the region.

Enjoy the ride, but be careful - it's addictive !!!
